In view of growing infrastructure requirements and the need for better transport links, the Düsseldorf-based eyewear manufacturer Nigura Metzler is moving to new premises.

On 12 September, the company will move into its new headquarters at Mündelheimer Weg 54, 40472 Düsseldorf. Both the administration and logistics of the business will ensure a continuation of business from the new location from this date.

Some of the key factors which influenced the selection of the new HQ include its direct connections to the German motorways A3 and A44, as well as the site's proximity to the important international cargo transfer hub Düsseldorf Airport. "When we were looking for a suitable site for relocation, another important aspect for us was the facility to give the new premises a very modern design and to ensure an optimised workflow," Managing Director Dominik Müser explains.

All business units will now be housed under one roof at the 1,600 m² site. Logistics and administration will therefore now be located on the same premises which will considerably simplify workflows and internal communications.
